Our Visit Experience at Papa Joe’s in Bern
Two minutes from Bern train station, we arrived at Papa Joe’s Bern. The colorful interior with its eclectic decor immediately transports you to an American restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, which is also reflected in the friendly service.
The menu at Papa Joe’s in Bern features American classics. There are Caesar salads, nachos, gigantic burgers, wings, fajitas, ribs, and the legendary Philly Cheese Steak – everyone will find their American favorite. The cocktail menu is equally tempting, with classics like Caipirinha, Margarita, Mai Tai, Planter’s Punch, and Long Island Ice Tea.
The service was friendly and cheerful. The waiting times for the food to arrive were pleasant.
For my meal, I chose the Philly Cheese Steak. It came in a soft but crispy roll. The meat was tender and topped with melted cheese. It was served with fresh French fries and tartar sauce. The Philly Cheese Steak was a delight in terms of flavor, and the portion was just right.
Papa Joe’s in Bern is worth a visit. If you like authentic American food, this is the place. It’s perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a casual date, accompanied by delicious cocktails.
