The Craft Behind the Scenes
True craftsmanship: here the noodles are still traditionally pulled.
Atmosphere: A Hidden Gem
From outside, you’d hardly notice the restaurant passing by the sign – but inside, you’ll find genuine craftsmanship.
The walls are decorated with Chinese motifs, including a mural of a temple. Simple wooden tables create an unpretentious atmosphere.
The Kitchen: Where Dough Becomes the Main Character
Appetizer: Hand-Shaped Perfection
The dumplings (Gyoza) are a must. The dough is elastic, the filling savory with minced meat and garlic. Served with a sauce made of vinegar and soy sauce – for those who like it spicy, try the homemade chili oil.
Main Course: Noodles as Experience
Simply set tables.
The main course: The fried noodles. They have that special “bite” that only fresh dough has. The combination of tomatoes, bell peppers, and juicy beef is harmonious.
Service
Very friendly service with an authentic smile. Orders are placed with numbers – uncomplicated and efficient.
The staff lets you know when dishes like the dumplings need to be freshly prepared and will therefore take a bit longer.
As a drink, the Chinese green tea is recommended, lovely served in a pretty teapot with a matching cup.
